Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use AeDil at aedilapp.com, or at any domain that redirects there. By creating a page, you agree to them. If you have a question, get in touch.

What AeDil is

AeDil lets you create a private, interactive page with your own photos, words, music and media, and share it with someone using a link.

Your content

You own everything you put on your page. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run AeDil — to host your page, show it to people who open your link, and, for names and messages, show it on the Wall of Love if you choose to, as described in our Privacy Policy.

By creating a page, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use every photo, video, voice note and piece of music you upload.
• Anyone who appears in your photos or media is comfortable with it being shared with the person you send it to.
• Your page is not unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or intended to deceive.
• You are at least 18 years old.

We may remove a page that breaks these terms or that we are legally required to remove.

Payments

The price is shown before you pay and is a one-time payment, with no subscription. Optional add-ons are priced separately at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and their terms also apply to your payment.

If something went wrong with your payment or your page didn’t work as expected, contact us and we will look into it.

Keeping your page online

We host your page for as long as we run AeDil. If we ever plan to shut AeDil down, we will try to give reasonable notice to the email address you gave us. We work to keep AeDil running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.

Sharing your link

Anyone with your link can open your page. You are responsible for who you share it with. Use a quiz lock if you want an extra layer of privacy.

Changes and removal

To change or remove a page, contact us from the email address you used when you created it.

Limitation of liability

AeDil is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a page is limited to the amount you paid for that page.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use AeDil after a change means you accept the updated terms.
